Tony Goodman

Founder and Managing Director

Tony Goodman is the Founder and Managing Partner of Balance Business Group. Tony has more than 20 years of experience working in Sales, Management, and Leadership roles. Prior to starting Balance Business Group, he held various Management roles both at IBM and General Electric. A thoughtful leader, passionate about developing long-term relationships with clients to deliver solutions that align to their core initiatives and desired outcomes.

Co-founded and a successful youth program (T.E.A.M) focused on young men of color in preparing them for college, work careers, or volunteering to serve our Country.

Currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Jerimiah Program in Minneapolis-St. Paul.

Kevin Wood

Managing Director of Operations and Technology

When it comes to technology, if Kevin hasn't seen it or heard about it, it doesn't exist. He's constantly researching new technology, how it works and how it can benefit himself, and his customers. Having been around all kinds of technology since childhood, he learned at an early age how to take things apart and put them back together, how things worked inside and out. It's made learning about everything from computer repair to Disaster Recovery an exciting journey. Couple that with his amazing wife and son, he's always ready for the next challenge!
